These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any dispute is subject to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights the player has in their country of residence.
Licence
The player receives a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the game for entertainment. The player may not redistribute, sell, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass technical protections or commercially exploit game files except where local law expressly permits it.
Fictional content
Players, pairs, brands, sponsors, clubs, tours and tournaments are fictional. Country and city names are used only as geographic setting. The game is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any real athlete, federation, tour, club or equipment brand.
Saves and availability
Career data is stored locally. The portable backup tool is provided to reduce loss risk, but players remain responsible for keeping backup codes private and safe. Features may change to fix defects, comply with law or improve the game.
Purchases and advertising
The free version may show Google Mobile Ads at natural breaks. Ads must never be used to obscure game controls or interrupt a live point. Availability and ad content can vary by country, device, privacy choice and network connection.
Remove ads is a one-time, non-consumable Google Play product. After a valid purchase is acknowledged, interstitial ads are disabled for the purchasing Google Play account and the entitlement can be restored on eligible devices. The price displayed by Google Play controls over any price shown elsewhere. Purchases, refunds and mandatory consumer rights are subject to Google Play’s terms and applicable law. A revoked or refunded entitlement may disable the benefit after the game next verifies it with Google Play.
Age
Minimum age is 13 or the equivalent minimum digital-consent age applicable in the player’s country. A parent or guardian must authorize use where required.
Warranty and liability
The game is supplied as available and for entertainment. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
