When reporting a problem
To help us fix it faster, please include:
- your app version and Android version;
- your phone model;
- the exact steps and roughly when the problem happened;
- whether anonymous diagnostics were enabled;
- a screenshot, only if you want to share one.
Please never post a full backup code or any authentication token in a public channel — a backup code contains your entire local career.
